Corporate, strategic, financial, and commercial transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions; venture capital debt and equity financings; joint ventures; corporate governance; and significant commercial agreements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for complex commercial transactions, including customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and novel partnership contracts.
• Assist the legal team with negotiating, drafting, and providing legal advice on a variety of complex strategic transactions, joint ventures, reinsurance transactions and financing transactions.
