- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
- CPR Certification.
- Competitive pay rates of $50 -$70 per visit for Occupational Therapists.
- Pediatric cases provide higher rate range opportunities.
- Flexible scheduling options: part-time and per diem.
- Occupational Therapists can choose the population (pediatrics or geriatrics), location of patients, and hours.
