The Accounting Manager will be a pivotal leader within the Accounting Department, responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring precision in financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
~6+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
~ Proven ability to supervise and develop staff effectively.
~ Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
~ Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.
~ Familiarity with business taxes (federal and state income, sales/use, payroll).
~ Experience with auditing processes and procedures.
~ Proficiency in accounting software applications, experience with CMiC is ideal.
~ High commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidential matters.
