    Description

    Join our team at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP as an experienced Attorney Recruiting Assistant.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to support the Chief Strategic Recruiting Officer (CSRO). As the primary administrative lead, you will manage priorities, coordinate initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of recruiting strategy, operations, and communications.

    • Serve as day-to-day administrative lead for the CSRO managing calendar coordination meeting logistics travel arrangements expense reporting preparation agendas briefing materials talking points follow-up summaries leadership meetings internal strategy sessions external engagements
    1. Provide operational support for firmwide recruiting initiatives driven by the CSRO including lateral partner hiring associate recruiting strategy pipeline development maintain dashboards trackers reports related to recruiting activity key metrics strategic priorities planning execution high-impact recruiting events leadership meetings strategy sessions monitor cross-functional efforts between recruiting firm leadership stakeholders alignment follow-through assist Attorney Recruiting team scheduling logistics coordination ensuring consistency with CSRO priorities support recruiting processes interview logistics candidate communications database accuracy escalation senior-level coordination help ensure recruiting workflows documentation processes organized current scalable
    • Maintain accuracy integrity of recruiting databases reporting tools focus executive-level visibility insights prepare track invoices budgets sponsorships vendor payments related to recruiting initiatives overseen by the CSRO identify opportunities improve administrative reporting communication processes better support strategic goals

    Job Requirements
    • Minimum 3+ years experience in administration or executive support preferably in law firms or professional services environments
    Prioritize responsibilities quality deliverables efficiency continuous improvement enhance relationships represent Firm credibility polish communicate effectively working teams achievements accountability technical skills business acumen knowledge associated.

    This is hybrid role requiring on-site presence days week.
