Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
Communicate with customers through various channels such as CRM, phone, email and in-person.
Schedule and perform inspection visits for on-site inspectors for in-house inspectors or self
Use QuickBooks to create estimates, invoices, and status reports
Process customer orders, service contracts and service requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and annual programs
Submit quarterly stock reports to Purchasing and Distribution for replacement pads and batteries
Perform site walks for new customers or those looking to expand their contracts
Conduct in-services for new and current customers; conduct reactivation of expired customers as needed
Ensure program renewals are completed prior to 30 days of program expiring
Sell training and other services to current customers; increase the amount of in-services completed for customers
Position Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Must be an active listener
Obtain an interest in finding ways to help people and grow the customer network
Strong understanding of Apple and Mac computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other internet programs
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Must be able to think outside the box using critical thinking skills
Able to organize, plan, and prioritize work by developing specific goals and plans to accomplish the workload
Effectively multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless reasonable accommodation is approved
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record; ability to travel to outer islands
