Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily activities of an operations unit's hourly personnelAssist in determining workflow and schedulingImplement operational procedures, and enforce company plans, policies and rulesUsing excellent communication skills, handle worker issues honestly and directlyDetermine safe and efficient operations for the shift that is consistent with management's daily objectives.
