- Assess patients' barriers to care and make appropriate referrals to remove barriers to effective breast health care services.
- Advocate for and support patients and caregivers, collaboratively through our team and support services, as we strive to provide equitable care and outcomes for our patients.
- Recruit and match patients for the Breast Cancer Peer Support Advocacy Program.
- Promote the Breast Center program through community outreach activities with local groups, organizations and institutions, that are stakeholders in the improvement of cancer health disparities areas.
