    About This Opportunity

    Penske Truck Leasing is a leading provider of transportation solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at our facility in Coburg, OR. As a respected technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the health and safety of our fleet while ensuring top-notch customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair complex vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and differentials, using industry-leading diagnostic tools and techniques.
    • Perform regular maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, with minimal supervision.
    • Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair.
    • ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Valid driver's license required.
