- Analyzes process and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment(s).
- Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
- Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
- Five-plus years of experience in business process/business systems analysis
- 5 or more years of experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and systems integration is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- 1 or more years of experience with client development; building on existing and introducing new products and/or services.
- 1 or more years' experience working with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 1 or more years' experience demonstrating oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
- Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
