- Serve as a Custodial Work Inspector with the responsibility and accountability for the inspection of all phases of custodial work.
- Perform detailed inspections of custodial work, in progress and after completion, to ensure quality, quantity, and timeliness of work.
- Perform inspections, issues violations and permits.
- Maintain records (computer database), the use of small appliances in office and common space throughout the building and out-buildings.
- Document inspection findings on prescribed forms in the prescribed manner.
- Inspection of all phases of custodial work.
- Represent the Government in minor contract disputes.
- Monitors the contractors personnel sign in and out logs and reports any discrepancies.
