Our client is a leading player in the modular construction industry, specializing in wholesale modular manufacturing projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Project Management Coordinator to join their team in a remote capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating modular manufacturing projects with a network of dealers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution.

This position does not involve on-site management but may require limited travel for client design meetings.


Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Work closely with modular manufacturing plants and clients to coordinate all aspects of modular construction projects, from initiation to completion

Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the company and a network of modular dealers to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Client Interaction:
Engage with clients during assigned design meetings, manage project scope and specifications, provide client submittals and respond to client requests,ensuring alignment with client expectations

Timeline Management:
Develop and maintain project timelines with the plants and clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule

Issue Resolution:
Address any project-related issues promptly and collaboratively with the aim of finding effective solutions

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, plans, and communication records

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and project goals are achieved

Qualifications:

Experience:
Previous experience in project management or coordination, preferably within the modular construction industry. Proficient knowledge of construction materials is necessary.


Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective coordination with manufacturing plants and clients/dealers

Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Modular Construction Knowledge:
Familiarity with modular construction processes and industry practices is a plus

Problem-Solving:
Proven ability to identify and address issues promptly, finding practical and efficient solutions

Limited Travel:
Ability to travel occasionally for assigned plant or client meetings

Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in project management tools and software.
