    Home Health Occupational Therapist OT Full Time



    We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) at our company. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in need of occupational therapy services at their homes.



    Position Overview:


    • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and current level of function.

    • Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes.

    • Provide a written evaluation and plan of care defining occupational therapy needs, goals, progress, and expected outcomes.

    • Deliver occupational therapy services in compliance with prescribed physician orders.

    • Maintain effective communication among staff, healthcare team members, and families. Act as a resource consultant for clinical staff.

    • Supervise other personnel such as OTA and HHA as necessary.

    • Complete OASIS assessments where allowed by state regulations.

    Requirements:


    • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program

    • Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist

    • Valid CPR certification

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Strong organization and communication skills

    • Attention to detail

    • Time management abilities

    • Proven relationship-building skills

    • Experience in Home Health Therapy and completion of OASIS documentation
