    In this role you will be responsible for managing cross-functional project delivering a CI for safety, quality, delivery, and cost through the elimination of ware from the production processes.


    Duties:


    Manage Manufacturing Engineering projects, developing detailed project plans with estimated task hours and timelines for development, production, validation, and launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

    Supervise research and development of new manufacturing equipment, processes, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
    Enhance manufacturing processes by reviewing all engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and adherence to standards and project schedules.

    Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure design for manufacturability of new products, participating in the design review process, and acting as a liaison from inception to customer shipment.

    Contribute to new product launches by reviewing designs, working with design engineering to enhance manufacturability, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve process reliability.

    Identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze capital equipment needs for new technologies and business requirements, and plan and implement capital projects.

    Design and implement error-proofing tooling and fixtures to eliminate waste and enhance safety in the manufacturing process.


    Qualification:
    Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.
    Over 5 years of experience, including expertise in small machine/fixture design or automated machine design.
    Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, with preference given to experience with Creo.
