    As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.

    You'll collaborate with various teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain IT solutions to enhance efficiency, security and member experience.

    This role will enjoy a hybrid working environment at our beautiful headquarters located on River Drive in Moline, IL.

    The IT Systems Analyst will engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation, with a particular focus on supporting our core banking systems and related technologies.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical systems and business processes, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between the business users and technical teams.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelors Degree in IT/Business Administration/Data Sciences or related fields.2-5 Years experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs across multiple teamsExperience working with automation software (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath)


    Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusionsExperience writing simple SQL queries for data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

    Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
    Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, on-the-job leadership skills within high pace delivery environment.
    What are some of the responsibilities of an IT Systems Analyst?Partner with the Business Process and Product Owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirementsLead process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practicesCreate value through process automation, utilizing tools like:
    Microsoft Power Apps, Form Designers, Workflows, etc.

    to achieve operational efficienciesWork as QA resource in the software development life cycle, working with Development team and aid in effective communication.
