    Description

    Our client is seeking a Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will be overseeing the acquisition of goods and services required for the company's operations. This role ensures that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations. The Procurement Manager plays a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.

    salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with demand planning teams to accurately forecast raw material needs, ensuring adequate stock levels to support production schedules.
    • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality raw materials from reliable suppliers.
    • Establish and maintain a solid relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to
      ensure the best value for the organization.
    • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality, regularly reviewing supplier agreements for favorable terms.
    • Assess and enhance the resilience of the supply chain, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that may impact procurement.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure contracts that align with business objectives, ensuring favorable pricing and conditions.
    • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that procured materials meet the required quality standards and compliance.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement within the food and beverage industry.
    • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, cost reduction, and vendor management.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
