    As the Listing & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the real estate team by implementing and continually improving systems and procedures to assist the team in reaching their goal of delivering a personalized experience to each of our clients. Most importantly you must have impeccable communication with the team and our clients. Exceptional attention to detail is necessary and expected. The position will require working from checklists, management of multiple schedules, listing management, home staging design and coordination, listing input, client gifting, marketing plan execution, coordinating light home revisions, and managing the day-to-day needs of our clients and agents.

    Compensation:

    $20 hourly

    Responsibilities:

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3 pm (30 hours per week)

    • Work from a checklist and be held accountable weekly
    • Design and coordinate marketing for all listings (photos, videos, flyers, etc.)
    • Communicate with clients and log calls/texts in Follow-Up Boss
    • Manage the online presence of all listings via MLS and other online portals
    • Be an accountability partner with the sales team through contests and Trello boards
    • Attend prescribed training
    • Attend weekly team meeting (Thursday 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
    • Manage 20-40 listings at any given time
    • Willingness to continue to learn and set up systems to improve client care and production
    • Complete weekly calls to all Listing Clients
    • Coordinate surprise and delight experiences in each transaction
    • Run errands as needed (lockbox placement, post office, etc.)
    • Vacant listing check-ins weekly
    • Sign management
    Qualifications:
    • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form
    • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, while remaining flexible and adaptable as situations change
    • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
    • Maintains a professional demeanor with clients
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Must work from a schedule and checklists
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and Trello
    • Maintain a positive attitude during stressful transactions
    • Confident phone voice
    • Ability to work both independently and with a team
    • Must have an Oregon Driver's License & reliable vehicle
    • Basic graphic design skills are a bonus
    • Copywriting skills
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to meet deadlines
