Position: Product Line Manager

Location: Melville, NY

We are seeking a Product Line Manager to lead our Rail Transportation Services team. You will be responsible for setting business objectives, managing P&L, coordinating operations between departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review progress towards objectives and adjust plans accordingly

Manage department budgets and facilities

Coordinate operational processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency

Lead Lean Manufacturing events and implementation

Support safety and environmental programs

Develop and mentor staff

Build and maintain customer relationships

Represent the company positively in interactions with customers and employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum ten years of relevant experience, including five years in management

Advanced knowledge of capital equipment supply chain for rail transportation

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and negotiate contracts

Proficiency in MS Office and business system software
