Versatile Vehicles, Inc. is the regional distributor for E-Z-GO and Textron vehicles, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and the U.P. of Michigan. Our 60,000 square foot Prior Lake location serves as our home office and serves as a hub to serve our entire territory and 4 additional retail locations. The Sales Associate will office in our Brainerd, MN location. This location sees a large share of retail, service and rental business, and is crucial to serving our golf course customers throughout our northern territory.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity be a part of the golf and leisure industry. The Sales Associate will report to the Manager, and will be responsible for golf car and golf car parts sales. Must prove excellent customer service and have the ability to work as a team. The ability to help in the shop with light assembly during down time would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Help walk-in customers to the showroom
Answer phone calls use professional communication
Create orders in an ERP software for retail and service work
Ability to learn our processes help develop new processes to achieve efficiencies
Work along side the Receptionist and Shop Technicians. Ability to wrench a plus.
Work with trucking to facilitate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
Will report to location Manager and will be supported by the Prior Lake HQ
Maintain a well-organized workspace

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales or customer service
Dealership or Automotive experience is a plus
Technical or Mechanic experience is a plus
Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and ability to work as a team
Detail oriented and ability to multitask
