    Production Supervisor

    Location: Memphis, TN

    Job Type: Full-time, hourly

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to drive results and efficiencies in our bottling lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for blending, proofing, and bottling liquid.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with plant manager and processing manager on production plan and anticipates liquid needs and blends liquid accordingly
    • Collaborates with barrel warehouse on dumping barrels according to production needs
    • Executes schedule set by plant manager
    • Supports warehouse organization
    • Drives safety culture by leading with example

    Requirements:

    • Forklift certified
    • Ability to lift heavy objects in a safe manner
    • Ability to work with machinery such as mixers
    • Self-starter
    • Ability to drive process efficiencies
    • Strong time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Punctual and reliable
