Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations - Ayer

Job Summary:
The Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations is responsible for coordinating the terminal's operations to ensure that the retention of service levels satisfies the customer's requirements.Responsibilities:
- Oversees the scheduling and coordinating of the automotive activities of the terminal.
- Assures that personnel is meeting the performance levels of the productivity goals and maintaining acceptable service levels based on set company standards.
- Prioritizes safety, productivity, and efficiency; has direct contact with customers for unloading the automobiles; designates availability of equipment to meet customer requirements and ensures the security of all operations within the confines of the intermodal yard.
