We have robust Long-Term Care, Transitional Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation Care departments for you to explore a variety of clinical scenarios in your nursing assistant career.

Job Description:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Providence St.
Joseph Care Center work under the guidance of an RN or LPN to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.
In this role, you will provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan to help improve quality of life and treat individual concerns.
Required qualifications:
Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
