    Job Description Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Program Analyst to work in Baldwin Park, CA. The Program Analyst will plan, implement, administer, and evaluate various programs and services.

    Specifically, the Program Analyst will oversee work being conducted to develop an Indoor Residential Maximum Temperature threshold policy and will report progress to leadership, board offices and other departments.

    The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 3/31/25.
    Pay Rate-$45.42/hr

    Shifts:
    Position will by hybrid 2 days a week in office and 3 days telework. There may be some field work required for community meetings and stakeholder events
    40-hour work week

    Minimum Qualifications:
    A Masters degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a discipline related to the core business function of Public Health;
    Experience overseeing contracts to conduct community engagement, especially in collaborative decision-making or similar activities;
    Experience overseeing and monitoring project plans and implementation actions, reviewing work products and invoices, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met;
    Experience facilitating workgroups and convenings consisting of community-based organizations, special interest groups, members of the public, and government agencies;
    Experience with managing complex and multi-faceted projects with varied stakeholders, including the public and elected officials;
    Ability to make effective presentations to both professional groups and the public;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Knowledge of Los Angeles County government processes, including the development of policy and regulations;
    Ability to work independently and within a team environment to manage multiple work tasks in a timely manner;
    Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Windows-based programs, including MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to internal and external relationship building.
