    Position Overview
    The accountant is responsible for account analysis, tax and financial report preparation related to Harvestone Low Carbon Partners and affiliate companies. They will provide financial information to management in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as promulgated by FASB, SEC, and other regulatory standards.
    The work schedule for this position is normal business hours of Monday through Friday with additional hours required as needed. Our company offers a hybrid work schedule for this position where employees can work remotely up to two days per week, based on the demands of specific tasks and/or personal work preferences.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; or equivalent combination of education and direct work experience.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with commodity trading/hedging.
    • Experience with GAAP financial reporting.
    • Experience working with an elevated level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in effective oral and written communication.
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Experience working with and maintaining confidential information.
