    As a vital member of our patient care team, you will work autonomously, ensuring patients receive the attention and care they need. Our elite clinical training will keep you ahead in your field, providing you with resources like Arestin, iTero technology, and continuing education coverage to enhance your clinical skills. You will also have access to a hygiene mentor program for additional support.

    Requirements:

    • Current dental hygienist license in Virginia
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (as per state requirements)
    • Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care
    • CPR Certification

    Preferred Experience:

    • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays and electronic medical records
    • A commitment to learning and enhancing clinical skills

    Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and attendance at training sessions throughout the year. TB testing is mandatory for all new hires, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process.
