- Data Systems Development: Build systems that collect and process data according to company needs and goals.
- Data Management: Perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing, normalization, and implementation of required data model changes.
- Data Systems Evolution: Build, evolve, and scale data systems to ingest, process, and extract meaning from data.
- ERP Data Extraction: Perform and support data extracts from various ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX & D365, as well as other identified data sources.
- ETL Monitoring: Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines used in the ETL process.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Understand business needs to turn collected data into useful and actionable reports and dashboards for end users.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot problems, identify possible solutions, and resolve accordingly.
- Best Practices Implementation: Recommend and implement best practices for Data insights working with the Data Architect.
- Divisional Collaboration: Work with divisions to formulate best practices for optimum performance of custom divisional reports.
- Bachelor's degree plus related experience (business process definition, software integration, reporting, etc.) is required; OR an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence & data warehousing experience. Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency with computer tools, online reporting software, and computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Experience on data projects and advanced reporting tools (SQL, Azure, PowerBI, any other SaaS reporting framework) is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Azure & Azure BI. Expertise in Power BI, Power BI Paginated Report Builder, DAX & Power Automate solutions.
- Expertise in data ETL process and performance optimization of data warehouse.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid, unbiased conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, global environment supporting multiple industries. Excellent problem-solving skills and team player.
