    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Location: 73 S. Main St, Hanover, NH

    The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer experiences in-store or over the phone.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide them with a memorable experience through personality, professionalism, and performance.
    • Take customer orders using our technology and Point of Sale System, whether in-person or over the phone.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment by cleaning, preparing, and managing the front of the house.
    • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

    Required Skills:

    • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customers and tasks.
    • Effective communication with team members and customers.
    • Understanding of safe food handling practices, food storage, and sanitation procedures.
    • Able to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to take direction from management.
    • Must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this position.
