- Culinary school graduate or with cooking experience
- Ability to communicate in English and possess a food handlers card
- Dedication to excellence and must have own cooking tools
- Prior Cook 3 experience and 5-star hotel background
- Stable work history
- Culinary skills, Garde Manger, and knife skills
- Ability to multi-task and knowledge of kitchen terminology
- Knowledge of food trends and strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
- Perform physical activities related to kitchen work
- Need for standing, walking, lifting, and climbing
- Ability to lift and carry certain weights
