Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


    Position Details:
    UP TO $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE for nightshift only -NO CONTRACTIncentives:New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,0003-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,0005+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000

    Weekend Option Days:

    New Increased Weekend Option Differential:
    $10.00 RNDay-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurancePTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time onlyEmployer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

    Licensure:
    Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements

    Certifications:
    Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire

    Physical requirements/demands:
    Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

    Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift

    Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
