Job description
Physicians Mutual is hiring a Journey Architect who will establish marketing strategies and perform a detailed analysis of customer and journey data in order to determine marketing opportunities.
What you get to do in this role:
Evaluate effectiveness of different journey paths.
Implement necessary changes that will improve journey path results, manage promotion costs and profitability.
Initiate accurate and timely implementations of integrated journeys consisting of direct mail, social media, email, telemarketing and more.
Develop an annual promotional budget to accomplish overall journey objectives.
Plan and execute the testing strategy to accomplish the promotional budget.
Provide direction, guidance, and resolve issues with internal and external vendors and customers as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas is required.
A minimum of 2-5 years of marketing and sales experience is required.
Proficient in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud is required.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to analyze and forecast complex data.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
Strong math and financial knowledge.
Self-motivated and efficient with minimal supervision.
