Job summary
Norwood MA M.S Walker is looking to add a Credit Admin to their Credit Department The primary responsibility of the Credit Admin includes processing credit applications for all new billing accounts and providing backup coverage for Accounts Receivable AR and Credit Clerk positions as needed.Responsibilities
- Process credit applications for all new billing accounts
- Process payments from various sources and apply to customer accounts Payment sources include physical checks electronic payments from fax/email and telephone and bank/payment portal downloads
- Balance tape register against deposit register
- Prepare and send scanned deposits to bank
- Rearchand resolve discrepancies on accounts
