Conducts daily inspections of housekeeping areas cleaned by Maintains housekeeping linen room on each floor stocks with linen supplies ensuring adequate level of supplies counts and distributes clean linen to Room Attendant carts linenclosets picks up used linen from Room Attendants carts drops down chute to laundry room assists Room Attendants with stripping beds emptying trash bringing fresh linen other related responsibilities delivers requested guest amenities including pillows additional beds blankets items maintains cleanliness guest room floors storage closets operates equipment vacuum cleaners radio phone mop broom makes rooms follows safety procedures Blood Borne Pathogens Personal Protective Equipment identifies reports safety concerns maintenance deficiencies proper handling adheres departmental company policies performs duties cleaning chemicals equipment carpetfloor care special projects assigned supervisors follows safety security procedures obtains needed cleaning supplies supplyroom signs keys prior starting shift empties bag vacuum cleaner daily turns in keys supplies signed computer assignment sheet appropriate locations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Maintains housekeeping linen room on each floor stocks with linen and supplies ensuring adequate level of supplies.
- Picks up used linen from Room Attendant's carts drops linen down chute to carts that are then taken to laundry room.
