About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing Department team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our CMO and Marketing Coordinator while also managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Communicate with clients to coordinate photo shoots and other marketing activities.
  • Edit client websites for changes and enhancements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, community insights, and local market changes.
  • Assist in creating content, press releases, and newsletters for clients.
  • Measure and optimize ad campaigns using direct analysis of results and data.
  • Manage website content to enhance and develop new strategies for our brand.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Proficient in using a Mac or open to learning how to use one.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
