    Hospice Care Liaison/Sales - Dallas County At Hope Health Care, our core values drive us to great lengths to make sure that we select the best people at the right time. Hope Health Care is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, and energetic individual with industry connections in Dallas County to help lead growth efforts. Hospice Care Liaison is responsible for the following:
    • Increasing revenue by gaining the trust and belief of all referral sources in Hope Health Care's incredible team
    • Analyzing industry data in order to understand the market for proper messaging
    • Partners with the interdisciplinary team in the support of safe and effective patient and family care
    • Establish professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities, and healthcare decision-makers through ongoing education and integration of successful sales strategies
    • Collaboratively develops new programs to promote the agency's positioning within the marketplace
    • Educate the community, referral sources, patients, and families on hospice services through daily planned activities including in-services, one-on-one presentations, and group meetings
    • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of the agency
    Requirements:
    • Prior sales experience within the hospice, home health, or healthcare industry is preferred – at least 2 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Preferred healthcare and community contacts that will help advance the goals of the agency
    • Proficiency in the use of a CRM
    • Resilient, self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to understand and execute the bigger picture as a "business owner"

    Annual Salary Range for the right candidate: $65,000-$90,000. Salary is negotiable based on a proven track record.
