- Increasing revenue by gaining the trust and belief of all referral sources in Hope Health Care's incredible team
- Analyzing industry data in order to understand the market for proper messaging
- Partners with the interdisciplinary team in the support of safe and effective patient and family care
- Establish professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities, and healthcare decision-makers through ongoing education and integration of successful sales strategies
- Collaboratively develops new programs to promote the agency's positioning within the marketplace
- Educate the community, referral sources, patients, and families on hospice services through daily planned activities including in-services, one-on-one presentations, and group meetings
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of the agency
- Prior sales experience within the hospice, home health, or healthcare industry is preferred – at least 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Preferred healthcare and community contacts that will help advance the goals of the agency
- Proficiency in the use of a CRM
- Resilient, self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Ability to understand and execute the bigger picture as a "business owner"
