Job Description

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently looking to fill positions for Machine Operators in Broome County. We are searching for individuals with a strong background in manufacturing and machine operation. These are 1st shift roles with the opportunity for permanent placement in a growing local company.

Responsibilities:

Set up assigned stations on the production line, operate basic equipment, and perform inspections
Monitor machinery operations and product output
Inspect pieces for quality, maintain records for management
Understand and follow engineering drawings and work orders to ensure product specifications are met
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing machinery for assembly

Qualifications:

Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and color/shape recognition abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role preferred
