    First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon.

    Location: Hermiston, OR 97838
    Shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation
    Duration: 13 Weeks

    Start Date: 03/17/2026
     

    Gross Weekly Pay: $2806

    • $39/hr W2 (taxable)
    • $1,246/week Per Diem (non-taxable)

    Requirements:

    • 13-week opening for experienced RN in Home Health. New, modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon.
    • Must have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
    • Not to exceed 40 hours a week. (For the week before a scheduled weekend, RN would have Thursday off and work Saturday and Sunday and then have the following Friday off).
    • Required Certifications: BLS from AHA
    • Charting: EPIC experience required
    • Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.
    • Home Health experience preferred.
    • Must have their own automobile for work.
