    The Transformation and Change Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.

    This individual will work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Transformation and Change Delivery (TCD), to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of TCD 's strategic initiatives.

    Define and report on associated KPI's and monitor and report on the progress of these initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Work closely with Head of Transformation and Change Delivery and TCD leadership to ensure a smooth operational cadence of various governance meetings, forums, etc.

    (QBR, Leadership meetings, Town Halls, etc.). Support Project StCo and Project Board deliverables.

    Facilitate Operational Planning and ensure consistent annual goals cascade and implementation within TCDManage tactical day-day business operations for and on behalf of Head of Transformation and Change Delivery including, Financial, Compliance, HR etc.

    Partner with key areas within Ops & Tech such as Global Technology, IDA and other teams on special initiatives as well as activities supporting continuous improvement.

    Work on internal team and Stakeholder communications.

    Gather feedback from key stakeholder groups via regular NPS surveys and facilitate- & coordinate follow up measuresSupport in driving awareness of TCD's offering in the organization working with TCD leadership and Communications.

    Extensive experience managing large scale programs covering multiple dimensions (LoBs, geographies, or functions) and complexityEffective people mentoring skills and managing by influencing and coordinating large senior stakeholder teams independentlyPrevious experience in internal or external consulting a plusExcellent organizational and time management skills, communication and presentation skills experience in communicating with Senior ManagementOutstanding business acumen, coupled with technology knowledge and expertise in software development life cycle to challenge appropriately business demandsKnowledge and preferably prior experience in working in an Agile environment.

    For more information, please see U.S. base salary range for this position is $99,500 - $149,000AXA XL is a global Company. The salary range noted above is applicable only for US applicants.
