Campaign Supervisor, EHR & Point-of-Care Programs
Overview:
The Campaign Supervisor, EHR and Point of Care Programs is the primary owner of day-to-day execution, strategic management, and optimization for our EHR and Point of Care solutions. This role is both hands-on and client-facing, responsible for managing campaigns from intake through reporting while serving as the EHR/POC Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients and internal teams. The Campaign Supervisor ensures campaigns align with brand goals, timelines, budgets, and healthcare platform requirements, while driving strong operational rigor and performance.
Job Summary:
The Campaign Supervisor leads the end-to-end management of EHR and Point of Care campaigns, acting as the single accountable owner and client-facing SME to ensure high-performing, compliant delivery across a complex book of business. The Campaign Supervisor collaborates with other departments such as client services, strategic data services, medical and project management
Duties / Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Campaign Ownership (Core Responsibility)
- Own the end-to-end management of EHR and POC campaigns, from intake and setup through optimization, reporting, and closeout
- Determine best partner for campaign execution and success
- Handles partner contracting
- Actively monitor campaigns within DSP and Partner EHR platform environments and controlling pacing and flighting of campaigns in accordance with client IOs
- Skilled at working with media agencies and adjusting campaigns to meet pacing requirements from month to month
- Proactively flags underperforming campaigns and works with stakeholders to outline proper optimization
- Understands campaign tagging and monitors expiration dates of associated tags/assets
- Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, delivery, partner performance, and resource utilization
- Execute ongoing optimizations to improve delivery, performance, and alignment to client goals
- Ensure accurate trafficking, QA, and adherence to healthcare, privacy, budget and platform requirements
EHR & POC Subject Matter Expertise (Internal & Client-Facing)
- · Serve as the primary EHR/POC SME for assigned clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead client discussions related to EHR strategy, capabilities, limitations, targeting, formats, and best practices
- Provide expert guidance on EHR/POC considerations throughout planning, execution, and optimization
- Support Account and Sales teams with EHR/POC expertise to ensure clear expectations and successful delivery
- Apply critical thinking to align campaigns with client brand goals and timelines
- Translate client objectives into executable EHR/POC campaign strategies
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and proactively recommend solutions
Vendor Management & Partnerships
- Own day-to-day relationships with key EHR and Point of Care vendors, serving as the operational contact
- Manage vendor performance across setup, delivery, pacing, and optimization to meet campaign commitments
- Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, resolve delivery challenges, and implement optimizations
Reporting, Insights & Communication
- Partner with Account, Medical and Strategic Data Services to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
- Gather and respond to client and partner feedback to continuously improve execution and performance
Skills and Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of digital advertising or healthcare marketing operations experience, with direct EHR and/or Point of Care media exposure
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in DSP and EHR platform environments
- Proven ability to independently manage a large, complex book of business
- Strong campaign management and organizational skills
- Confident, polished communicator with client-facing experience
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, and delivery against contracted commitments
- Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and optimization insights
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulated advertising environments preferred

- Reduces operational risk by ensuring strong QA, compliance, and adherence to healthcare and platform requirements
- Strengthens cross-functional alignment across Account, Sales, SDS, and external partners
- Enables more efficient scaling of EHR/POC programs through disciplined execution and clear communication
- Acts as a trusted escalation point, resolving campaign challenges quickly
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
- Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
- Travel may apply based on position
- Hours may vary based on position and location of client
