    Summary IT Support Help Desk Specialist:

    Support hardware and software technologies for 200+ users in 15+ sites across the US including remote employees.
    Schedule:

    Monday- Friday, 9:
    00AM-6:
    00PM, with occasional OT and weekends.

    Role & Responsibilities:


    Diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, and VPN access in a Windows 10 environment over the phone.

    Using remote control tools to assist customers when needed.
    Troubleshooting competency, which includes the ability to problem solve hardware and software issues.
    Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
    Working knowledge and competency to perform hardware repairs and patching on Laptops, Desktop, Chromebooks, servers, scanners and Printers.
    Effectively translate complex, technical concepts into easy to understand language to assist non-technically oriented customers.
    Answer and resolve inbound technical helpdesk tickets/calls efficiently and professionally.
    Occasional travel to satellite locations.
    Requirements
    Able and willing to work 9:
    00AM-6:
    00PM, Monday-Friday.
    Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and work in a team environment.
    Ability to meet deadlines and provide status updates.
    Experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, MS Teams, etc.).

    Experience with networking - installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.

    Experience with supporting ERP systems as databases preferred.

    Physical abilities include ability to lift 60lbs, and stooping down to setup or remove equipment mostly under an office desk or in conference rooms.

    Occasional overtime or weekend work required.

    Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma
    3+ year experience providing support in a corporate environment.
    3+ year experience supporting PC-based software applications in a network environment (Windows 10, MS Office, ERP).
    2+ year in a Windows network environment.
    Telecommunication experience is preferred.
    MAC support experience preferred.
    Must speak fluent English. Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian speaking preferred.
