- Training - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2-3 weeks)
- Position is 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL
- Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
- Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
- Understand simple instructions and procedures.
- Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
- Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
- Entry point into professional roles.
- Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between tasks.
- Great organization skills and an active listener.

- The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $14.00/hour-$17.00/hour
