    Description

    This is a temporary role through Magnit Global with one of the world's leading health insurance companies.

    Schedule Notes:

    • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
    • Training - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2-3 weeks)
    • Position is 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
    • Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
    • Understand simple instructions and procedures.
    • Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
    • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
    • Entry point into professional roles.
    • Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between tasks.
    • Great organization skills and an active listener.

    Required Skills:

    • Call Center experience
    • Customer Service
    • Multitasking

    Education:

    • HS Diploma Required - no other certs required

    Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation):

    • The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $14.00/hour-$17.00/hour
