    Private Client Data Analyst Position
    As a Private Client Data Analyst at HUB International, you will play a vital role in providing insights to support key stakeholders in decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will involve designing and executing a reporting strategy for the Private Client business unit, driving critical reporting decisions, and delivering actionable data insights for informed decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop an effective reporting strategy
    - Applying data analysis tools to provide actionable recommendations
    - Generating reports using tools like PowerBI and Excel
    - Identifying trends and necessary data for tracking
    - Participating in meetings with executives to provide data insights
    - Designing and implementing reports and dashboards
    - Utilizing tools for progress tracking and maintaining knowledge of business partners
    - Supporting teams with data analytics to impact growth and client retention

    Job Requirements
    In this role, you should be capable of delivering reports efficiently while being adaptable to ad hoc requests. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or Insurance with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills are essential.
