- Required minimum of five years clinical experience in the clinical specialty area or completion of an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) residency.

- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program OR possess a Bachelor or Master of pharmacy degree with 10 years of experience required.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Nebraska or jurisdiction in which pharmacy practice is conducted required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pharmacist Specialist - Emergency Medicine Pharmacist
Position Highlights:
Nebraska Medicine is now taking applications for a talented individual to join us as a Pharmacist Specialist - Emergency Medicine Pharmacist in our Inpatient Pharmacy.
This specific position will work from both the main medical campus in Omaha, NE and the Bellevue Medical Center campus in Bellevue, NE.
We seek a flexible Pharmacist with Emergency Medicine or Critical Care PGY2 residency training. The staff within the Pharmacy Department at Nebraska Medicine play an integral part of healing and serving our patients.The team partners with our physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff to provide the best Serious Medicine and Extra Ordinary Care available in the region.
The primary work location for this position will be in the Nebraska Medicine and Bellevue Medical Center Emergency Room as well as floating to other acute care specialty areas (i.e., psychiatric emergency services and cardiology).
