    Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Engineer to lead projects within the Flight Test Projects Organization as a part of the FBM Reentry Product Segment in King of Prussia, PA\.

    The individual who fills this position will be responsible for technical management, planning \(Cost/Schedule\), risk management, and working with the engineering and production organizations to support hardware delivery schedules\.

    \*\*MUST have an active Secret clearance or above\.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience in Project Execution or Program Management, supporting programs or projects to achieve their cost, schedule, and technical goals\.

    Demonstrated experience in the direct participation or leading of a technical team through major design reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR\.

    Experience communicating across large teams, presenting in front of groups and collaborating well with colleagues/customers
    Must have an active Secret Security clearance prior to start\.


    Desired Skills:
    Demonstrated knowledge of the Fleet Ballistic Missile \(FBM\) program and Trident II \(D5\) Reentry System\.
    Experience with Strategic Missile and Reentry Systems and customers\.
    Demonstrated ability to plan, propose, baseline and manage organizational budgets and schedules
    Earned Value Management experience
    CAM and/or PMP Certifications
    Proposal Experience

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
