    As Upfront continues to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Content Strategist to join us in further shaping the narrative of our brand and products.

    You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and execution of all messaging, spanning from product marketing to PR to digital platforms and patient-facing content.

    In this role, you will have the autonomy to drive initiatives forward, while leveraging the support and resources of a forward-thinking organization.


    We're seeking an individual who can craft narratives that resonate with our target audience, translating complex concepts into a robust plan for clear, sticky messaging that captivates and inspires action.

    You are a compelling brand storyteller, standout idea generator, and problem solver with a design sensibility. You can confidently translate your vision into exceptional content experiences by leading with excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Role Responsibilities
    Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with audience personas, brand voice, and overall business/product objectives – ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels

    Gather key business and user insights; apply strategic planning to create a long-term vision for content marketing

    Build robust research processes to better understand audiences, motivations, and engagement

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and strategy to understand key value propositions and translate them into impactful messaging

    Lead the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership

    Lead the company wide adoption of a creative brief process that can effectively inform and tether our content strategy to key business initiatives

    Drive the development of patient-facing content that educates and empowers patients, enhancing their experience with our technology

    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our messaging approach

    Measure and analyze content performance metrics, leveraging insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics

    Champion a scrappy, autonomous work style, prioritizing progress over process and perfection, while ensuring quality and brand consistency

    Lead cross-functional discovery sessions that draw out critical brand insights

    Optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and ranking

    Manage relationships with agency partners

    Qualifications
    Minimum of 7-10 years' experience as a Content Strategist or Content Leader, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry

    Portfolio of work showcasing brand-aligned content across channels

    Firm understanding of user experience, and strong search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

    Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

    Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messages

    Track record of success in a dynamic, rapid growth environment, adapting quickly and pivoting as needed

    Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

    Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

    Project management skills are preferred

    Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
