Position Title: Vice President of Syndications

Business Unit: Commercial Banking

Reports to: Managing Director of Capital Markets

Position Overview: Responsible for originating, structuring, and distributing broadly-syndicated bank transactions for the Capital Markets team. Direct interaction with internal teams and external contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review new business opportunities and participate in sales calls
- Lead due diligence efforts and evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions
- Structure transactions and prepare term sheets and proposals
- Develop relationships with participating banks and understand their credit appetite
- Coordinate execution of syndicated loan product and engage with financial institutions
- Compile marketing and research materials and oversee pitchbook template revisions
- Track syndicated loan market trends and develop knowledge of external resources
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Level of Education: BA or BS

Minimum Experience: 5 years

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service skills
- Organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in MS Office products, syndicated finance, and credit training
- Experience with Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg, and CapIQ preferred

Work Conditions: Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
