Job Summary
The LPN is accountable for coordinating the overall nursing activities on a day-to-day basis, tours, assessment of potential residents.
Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to meet safety/regulatory bodies for assisted living.
Supports Avera Sacred Heart Health Services' goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting departmental goals.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the health service's Catholic and Benedictine heritage, and its values of hospitality, respect for others, stewardship, dignity of work, stability and justice.
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience required. 1-2 years' experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current LPN licensure in the state of SD or "multi-state privilege" to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside required.
Work Schedule
10am-6:30pm, every 3rd weekend/holiday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
