    The Business Process Analyst will assist the Business Process Manager with a variety of tasks related to process improvement, documentation, and training.

    The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization efforts and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.

    This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new things.

    Responsibilities and Duties Assist in the collection and analysis of process-related data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

    Assist the Business Process Manager with process mapping and flowcharting.
    Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess process performance metrics, such as cycle time, error rates, and throughput.
    Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).Gather and document process information.
    Develop and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).Create and deliver training materials for new and updated processes.
    Assist with the implementation of new and improved processes.
    Conduct root cause analysis to investigate deviations from expected process outcomes and propose corrective actions.
    Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
    Identify and document opportunities for process improvement.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
    Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).Creative problem solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
