    We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patients dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice on in Los Angeles, CA.     Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work NO weekends

    • Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Saturday OFF
    • Sunday OFF
    Responsibilities

    The Front Office Coordinator should:

    • Meet and greet our patients is our number one priority.
    • Develop productive schedules.
    • Manage patient documents and records.
    • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
    • The ability to multitask is a must
    • Must be able to manage your time appropriately to ensure a productive day
    • Verifying insurance benefits for patients and have a clear understanding to explain to patients
    • Making appointments and communicating with other offices in regards to referrals
    • Balancing the day and depositing checks
    • Acquiring all pertinent info/documents from patients for appointments
    • Sending dental claims to insurance companies
    • Posting patient and insurance payments
    • Desire to be efficient in reading account ledgers, EOB's, and explaining patient balances when inquire about
    • Presenting treatment plans to patients
    • Collecting payments from patients and helping with billing
    • Be a team player and willing to help other team members when needed
    Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of experience in Dental or Medical as Front Office Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator or similar roles
    • Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
    • Knowledge of Dental operations a plus
    • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
