    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical specialties and possess a strong skill set in patient care.


    Duties:

    • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
    • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
    • Assist in medical procedures such as Dermal fillers, Gastric lavage, and Tube feeding.
    • Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for documentation.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Provide compassionate care to patients in Senior care facilities, Assisted living settings, and other healthcare environments.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) usage and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of Ophthalmology procedures and assessments.
    • Experience in Aseptic technique for infection control.
    • Familiarity with alimentation techniques and nutritional support.
    • Ability to perform Tube feeding procedures accurately.
    • Strong background in Senior care practices and patient advocacy.
