Job summary
The Staff Software Architect is responsible for designing building delivering and maintaining software applications & services.The key responsibilities include collaborating with system engineers frontend developers and software developers to design and implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions applying principles of SDLC methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP CI Software Product Security Scalability Documentation Practices refactoring Testing Techniques writing code that meets standards delivers desired functionality using technology selected for project building features web services Queries existing tables understanding performance parameters assessing application performance working core data structures algorithms implementing them using language choice completing assigned tasks time high quality taking independent responsibility assigned deliverables seeking understand problems thoroughly implementing solutions asking questions clarify requirements ambiguities present identifying opportunities innovation offering new ideas taking initiative experiment new software frameworks adapting new environments changing requirements pivoting quickly when coached responding need seeking info other sources
