Job summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor shall be responsible for implementation of quality assurance manual requirements day-to-day shift-to-shift decision making at the shop floor level participation in in-depth investigations of production problems monitoring reporting on all floor quality assurance activities planning maintenance of documentation etc continual development training personnel involvement in investigation corrective action customer complaint.
